Desalination, Hydrogen Gas Generation, Waste Water Treatment & Electric Generation all done with one Plasma Incubator Reactor System

For more than 10 years scientists in various fields have been laboring over their research work on very complex stand alone inventions. Each one, by itself a break-through in a particular technology. As with so many brilliant minds these men knew nothing of inventions in the world outside of their lab whether related to the industry they were working in or a totally separate industry a world apart. Fortunately they all needed some type of independent testing done on their prototypes and through one means or another they all wound up under the inquisitive gaze of one researcher known world wide for his forward looking approach to new technology testing and its adaptation into the main stream of the commercial user.
This is why a new system stands today to challenge the worst water problems on the planet. This system is composed of four components from three European countries and the United States. It stands as a new way to „Desalinate any type of salty water” to „Generate Free Hydrogen Gas as a by product of Desalination” to „Use this Hydrogen Gas in a totally revolutionary way, without burning it” to „Generate Electricity through new Permanent Magnet Wave Action Technology” and then it uses a new „Vacuum System to Extract the Hydrogen and store it in a tank for Future Use or Sale. The objective of this review and explanation is to explain the Plasma Incubator Reactor Technology and how it applies to already existing treatment process being used around the world and to bring the chemistry and physical processes involved into prespective.

Introduction

Because of the simplicity of our system and its components we have not placed any engineering drawing in this technical paper because even the word descriptions we have used come dangerously close to describing the system sufficiently for it to be duplicated.

One of the major challlenges facing mankind today is to provide clean water to a vast majority of the population around the world. The need for clean water is particularly critical in Third-World Countries. Rivers, canals, estuaries and other water-bodies are being constantly polluted due to indiscriminate discharge of industrial effluents as well as other anthropogenic activities and natural processes. In the latter, unknown geochemical processes have contaminated ground water with arsenic in many counties. Highly developed countries, such as the US, are also experiencing a critical need for wastewater cleaning because of an everincreasing population, urbanization and climatic changes. The reuse of wastwater has become an absolute necessity. There is, therefore, an urgent need to develop innovative, more effective and inexpensive techniques for treatment of wastewater. A wide range of wastewater treatment techniques are known which includes biological processes for nitrification, denitrification and phosphorous removal; as well as a range of physico-chemical processes that require chemical addition. The commonly used physico-chemical treatment processes are filtration, airstripping, ion-exchange, chemical precipitation, chemical oxidation, carbon adsorption, ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, electrodialysis, volatililization and gas stripping. A host of very promising techniques based on electrochemical technology are being developed but are not yet to the commercial stage. Almost all of these system use vast amount of energy in order to produce results and consequentially are expensive to not only build but to operate and when you consider the rising costs of energy today you will be glad to know that in the shadows is a technology that can produce enough electricity as a by product to run inself.

The system we are talking about is named the Plasma Incubator Reactor System. This one system has been developed and is being used to totally clean and desalinate brackish waste water all over the planet. In addition to its waste water treatment capabilities it is engineered to change the state of a liquid and then to extract the different gases that are released in the process. Then the system is designed to reconstitute the elements to bring them back to their liquid state, leaving behind all of the contaminants that were encased within the liquid and returning, in the case of water, a product of such purity that it can be consumed as drinking water. The contaminants are removed and are filter pressed into cakes that can be transported to a disposal facility with ease. This system operates at an efficiency of 98% when no gases are extracted while in the gaseous state. The amount of pure water returned depends on the amount of gases that are extracted by the second component which is a called the High Pressure Gas Extractor. This inovative technology, developed in Sweden, uses new valves and vacuum pumps to remove desired gases from different levels within the reactor and then pump them to a distant location.

The third component is a new Permanent Magnet that is ten times more powerful than any other known magnet and weighs only 40% as much as conventional magnets of today. This system was designed to be used on the open ocean where waves raise the rotors up and down between stationary stators and generate electricity. We have changed the design and use it in a liquid filled container that utilizes small water proof containers that are raised and lowered in the water by filling them with Hydrogen Gas and then extracting the Hydrogen gas by our propriatary vacuum pumping system.

The Forth and last component of the system is a new Electric Generator that technology has made more efficient with less windings and less loss of current that produces enough electricity to run the Plasma Incubator Reactor and other equipment if necessary.

The scientific community has not yet been introduced to this new approach and hopefully when this paper is read there will start to be understanding of this process and there has been very little consideration of the factors that influence the effective removal of ionic species, particularly metal ions, from wastewater by this technique. In the brief review, we wish to address these issues.

Technology

The introduction of this technology at this time is the first time a comprehensive report has ever been written on the system even though the components are all patented stand alones in their respective countries, but none of the components are patented here in the US. This will be accomplished by a system patent that is being applied for this year.

Any time a process is able to not only clean waste water but remove the salt from it without filtration and during this process enable the system to systamatically extract one or more of the gases created withing the pressurized system and then allow this gas to be transported without leaving the system to a secondary unit and as it travels through this second unit on its way to a storage tank, it creates enough electricity to completely operate the primary unit we feel this technology and system is on its way to revolutionizing the industries it touches.

We feel certain that as the reactor is applied to treat water containing foodstuff waste, oil wastes, dyes, suspended particles, chemical and mechanical polishing waste, organic matter from landfull leachates, defluorination of water, synthetic detergent effluents, mine wastes and heavy metal containing solution, that new frontiers will be found and new high levels of purity will be reached. The Plasma Reactor technology offers an alternative to the use of metal salts or polymers and poly-electrolyte addition for breaking stable emulsions and suspensions. The technology removes metals, colloidal solids and particles, and soluble inorganic pollutants from aqueoues media by introducing highly charged polymeric metal hydrozide species. These species neutralize the electrostatic charges on suspended solids and oil droplets to facilitate agglomeration or coagulation and resultant separation from the aqueous phase. The treatment prompts the precipitation of all metals and salts.

Description of the Technology

Allow me to address the primary component of the system, the Plasma Incubator Reactor. This is a device that was found in the archives of Germany some 25 years ago by members of my family who still reside in Germany and who are the relatives of the original designers of the first Plasma Reactor. Upon its discovery the people had no idea what it was designed for but then more documents were discovered and it became clear as to what Hitler had planned for the Reactor. We discovered that its primary use was to be to precipitate Uranimum from ore that had been found in Siberia. The Uranimum would be eventually used in the making of a nuclear weapon of war. Today the reactor operates at a tempeture of 7,000 degree F to 8,500 F. Let me draw you a word picture of the unit. Everything is contained inside of a 48 foot by 8 foot wide by 8 foot tall waterproof container mounted on a flat bed trailer. On the front are different sized pipes that are used to bring the contaminated water into the system. As water enters, the tank is completely filled. At this point the electric power is switched on to the Plasma Circuit. As energy starts to flow through the plasma conductors the water starts to change from a liquid to a gas. The Plasma Circuit sits on the bottom of the tank allowing sufficient room for gas to build up on the inside of the system. The release regulators are sit at what ever the operating pressure for the day is and as the water level starts to drop a gauge regulates the incoming water to maintain the pressure within the system. The Plasma Circuit is completely encased in water and so are the ceramics that contain the arc of the Plasma System. A plasma beam of predetermined size is shot through the water and this instantly vaporizes it into a gas. The gas bubbles up through the water to the top of the tank, once it rises above the water level it starts to instantly separate into its variuos components. Since Hydrogen is the lightest of the gases it rises to the very top of the system and this allows our second componet to come into play which is the patented extraction valves and vacuum system. This component is capable of transferring 1000’s of cubic feet of Hydrogen per minute through its sensors. If oxygen is detected the valves are closed within 1/500,000th of a second so no contamination occurs from the Oxygen entering the system. Once the sensors inside the tank indicate that the Hydrogen has reached sufficient concentration levels again, the valves open up and more Hydrogen is extracted. The system is usually set so that a constant level of Hydrogen is kept at the top of the tank so that a continueous supply of Hydrogen is supplied to the second trailer which is where our third component is housed. Contaminants which drop out of the system are allowed to precipitate to the bottom of the tank where a traveling arm sweeps them into a depression in the floor of the trailer and they are extracted by other proprietary equipment. These are then put through a filter press and cakes of this material are made so easy removal & tranaportation can be done.

The third component also comes to us from over ten years of studies and experiments done in one of Europes finest universities. I am speaking of a Permanent Magnet that is so revolutionary that there is no place for one to purchase any of these yet. The material that goes to make the magnet is very scarce and is very expensive to produce, but it produces a magnet that is superior to anything we have today. These magnets, because of the material that goes into the making of them, make them more powerful for the size of the magnet and they weigh only 40% as much as current day magnets. Because of this quality, new studies have been done and processes have been patented that allow these magnets to be used in ways never before thought possible to produce electricity. Rotors and stators can be made smaller that will produce greater amounts of electric current at a very slow rate of pass through. This technology is currently being used off the coast of Norway where the waves in the ocean are strong and constant and they are producing electricity from Wave Action Technology.

Our Institute took this theory one step further and contained it inside a 48’ by 8’ by 9’ container that is waterproof from the inside out. We created small vessels that would float and placed them inside the container. Then we placed a rod on the bottom of them and ran this rod through a waterproof opening in the bottom of the trailer whereby we placed permanent magnet stators of a particular size designed to do a specific amount of electric generation and we attached a rotor to the bottom of the rod on the floating vessle. The rotor passes within one centimeter of the stators and with each pass we are able to create a specific amount of electricity which is then passed onto a grid system that makes up our fourth component.

The Stators are wired in such a way so that no loss of current occurs out the back of the stator as is the case in most motors and stators of today. In some systems of today as much as 15% of the current is lost out the back of the windings in the system. By not allowing this to occur we produce more electric current with less loss from less weight. Our grid system is built into the tank and trailer and electric conversion occurs out the back of the trailer and hookups can go to any piece of equipment. The more electricity you need, the more floating vessels you place in the tank.

The only electricity we use from outside sources is when the system is first started but them that is disconnected and the system is self generating with the produced Hydrogen being stored in a tank until sold or used later.

In closing I would like to say that our team of scientist and researchers have drawn this conclusion after many years of work and thousands of tests with lab results to prove our results that the All Mighty, no matter who you pray to, has made it possible for us to develop a component based system that if it is applied to any water problem in the world that we will be able to rid that water of whatever the contaminant is and produce a water of such purity that it will take on the taste and appearance and will test in any lab in the world JUST LIKE DISTILLED WATER.

Cal-Neva is currently working on what has been described to us as the three worst water problems that exist in North America. Our current push is the „Slick Frac Water” produced in Texas that is being created by oil companies that are drilling natural gas wells into the „Barnett Shale zone” and are producing a salty, metal laden water that carries 2 radio active isotopes of Uranimum that makes it deadly to man and animal, and more than 8 times the allowable amount or Arsenic. 2. Next is the 6 billion barrel water problem that has been created by the mining of the oil sands by three companies in the area of Fort McMurry in Northern Alberta, Canada. We have produced a solution for 3 distinct and separate water problems in this area. Our system is capable of removing the 2-5 micron particles of clay that will not settle out of this water for there are ponds there that are 30 years old and still has suspended clay particles withing 2 inches of the top of the water. In our tests we removed more than 2 pounds of clay.

Last but not least we are the engineers who are working with Mexico and its politicians to bring a mile wide salt water chanel out of the north end of the Sea of Cortez at sea level and bring it 180 miles north to Mexicalli, still at sea level and eventually all the way up to Indio, Ca. where it will terminate. Along its dikes we will build 2 desalination plants for Mexico that will give the northern states of Baja and Sonora over 7,000,000 acre feet of pure water per year and electricity that will only cost developers along the shores a mere one cent ($0.01) per kilowatt hour. On the United States side we will build enough desalination plants to produce over 32,000,000 acre feet of water per year for southern California thereby reducing the need for the Colorado River Canal and pipe line that will give Mexico, Nevada and Arizona back over 7,000,000 acre feet of the Colorado River water per year and with new pumps that have been desined for us we can pump water back to the Colorado River from Indio. Ca. This project will also make the irrigation canal from Sacramento Ca. to Los Angeles unnecessary and will allow the northern California counties to use more of its own water.
