All orders are accepted subject to the terms and provisions of this media kit, and will be executed to the best of ECO Services ability. All advertisements are accepted and published by ECO Services upon representation that the agency and/or advertiser is authorised to publish the entire contents and subject matter thereof. In consideration of the publisher´s acceptance of such advertisements for publication, the agency and/or advertiser will guarantee to indemnify the publisher against any loss or expense resulting from claims or suits based upon the contents or subject matter of such advertisement, including, without limitation, claims or suits for libel, violation of right of privacy, plagiarism and copyright infringement. The publisher will not be liable for any consequential loss or damage occasioned by the failure of any advertisement to appear from any cause whatsoever, nor does he accept liability for errors in any advertisement published, nor its failure to appear on a specified date. The publisher reserves the right to decline any advertisement submitted for publication. All complaints or claims regarding advertisements published must be made in writing within 30 days following the date of publication and be sent by registered post or recorded delivery to the publisher. Agreements, conditions, rates, rules or regulations not set forth or described in the media kit will not be binding unless acknowledged in writing by the publisher.
